Silicone cuts into my breast when suction is too intense or if the device is on me for too long (too long being 15/20mins, the same amount it takes me to pump my other breast). Other than that it works well to catch milk similar to the Hakka, but is more practical. No leaks and you pour the milk out like a wearable breast pump. Very practical.
