Warning:

Never defrost or heat breast milk in the microwave
Do not refreeze milk once it has been thawed
Discard any leftover breastmilk

Directions for use:

Wash hands before handling breast milk and milk bags
Open the milk bag (using the easy tear notch) and carefully transfer the breastmilk
Remove air from the milk bag before sealing with zip-lock
Label the milk bag with name, date and time
Store upright in the refrigerator or freezer

Thawing:

Place the frozen breast milk in the refrigerator to thaw
For quicker defrosting, place into a warm bowl of water
Warm the breast milk until the desired temperature is reached
If milk fat has separated, shake well before feeding

Re-usable milk bags

These are meant to be re-usable - and if I've written on them the markers from previous storage don't wipe off and it just gets messy - how long do i refill them? do i need to re-stertilize them? how do i wash them?

Otherwise they are what they are...i think i'll go with freezer cups for non-single use bags next time.
